Welcome to the webpage of AQP. This section explains our policy regarding the information you provide us with when you visit our webpage. Our aim is to protect the information on the internet in the same way we do with the other forms of communication, be that e-mail or telephone (you can also read “The AQP Client Privacy Promise”, which gives our company privacy policy in more detail)

You may visit our website and find information about our products, services, current details about Peru and other information of interest without giving us any information about yourselves.
If you should chose to provide additional information about yourselves, such as your address, e-mail, telephone or fax number, as well as any other information, we will not pass this information on to any third parties unless we have previously advised you, you have given us permission or we should require to do so by law. We retain this information in accordance with the standard security and confidentiality procedures.

In order to provide a better service, we occasionally use a "cookie". A cookie is a small piece of information in the web page which stores information inside the PC, which can then be read later. The cookie can’t be read by other web pages. We use these cookies for administration purposes, for example, to store your preferences for a certain area of information or to store a password so you don’t have to re-enter it every time you wish to visit our webpage. The majority of the cookies last for only the period of the visit to our webpage. No information will be held that could allow another party to contact you via the internet or by telephone. On your PC you can monitor if a cookie is activated and it is also possible to deactivate it.

Your privacy is vital to AQP. For this reason we are committed to our Privacy Promise according to the following terms:

This new policy which we are implementing is our AQP Privacy promise to you. It consists of 10 basic ideas which define our commitment to the rights of privacy of information and our duty to respect them.

We will protect all information provided by our clients, according to strict security and confidentiality standards.
We will limit the disclosure and the use of the information provided by the client to the minimum necessary for the administration of our company and to offer a superior service to our clients, which includes advice on our tours, services and other information.
We only allow persons authorized by AQP access to the information. These people have been trained in the appropriate management of the information. Those who do not comply with our Privacy Promise will be disciplined appropriately.
With exception to the people outside of AQP, referred to in paragraph 3, we will not reveal client information to any external body, unless the client has previously been informed or given their consent, or that it is demanded by the law.
In accordance with the strict security procedures, we will maintain a firm control on the confidentiality of the information provided by our clients. We may make our client’s information available to respected companies – which comply with our strict standards of security – in order to offer certain products or services. However, these companies will not be allowed to keep the information, unless our clients have expressed an interest in the aforementioned products or services.
When we contract other organizations to provide a service we stipulate that they comply with our privacy standards and that they allow us to verify the implementation of those procedures within their organization.
We only exchange information about our clients with reputable companies.

In fulfilling our Privacy Promise, AQP offers all our clients the possibility to be excluded from the mailing lists which are occasionally used to offer new tours or services.

If you wish to be excluded from receiving information about our new offers by e-mail or telephone, please send us an e-mail to tours@saaqp.com.pe with the title “Remove from mailing list”.

Remember that before sending this form; with the information you provide you may be contacted with the latest offers and promotions in AQP tours and services. Once again, the decision is yours.
